Human Resource Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Dubai . The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process and acting as a liaison between management and recruitment agencies. This role requires a hands-on HR professional with a strong understanding of local labor laws and a proactive approach to supporting organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to source screen and select suitable candidates.
• Drive the internal recruitment process and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews feedback and offer management.
• Manage the complete onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation induction and orientation programs.
