As a Human Factors Specialist, you will provide Human Factors expertise to existing operations and new projects, both locally and across the Growth area. You will ensure that human capabilities and limitations are fully considered to reduce human error and enhance nuclear safety.
You will report to the Head of Engineering Governance and be based on site at Springfields Fuels Limited, Salwick, Preston (UK). This is an onsite role.
