 & Requirements Who we are looking forMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
Must-have: practical experience leading organizational change initiatives in large-scale technology transformation programs (minimum 3 years).
Must-have: experience supporting user adoption in enterprise technology implementations such as SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies, including stakeholder management, communications, training, user adoption, resistance management, and reinforcement planning.
