We're seeking an experienced Hub Engagement Manager to join NRC Switzerland on a 50% basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, highly organised and relationship-focused professional who thrives at the intersection of project delivery, donor engagement, and strategic partnerships.

In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of the FAGI grant, ensuring full compliance with donor requirements while advancing NRC's strategic objectives. You will oversee project implementation from inception through close-out, manage budgets and deliverables, coordinate across internal teams, and produce high-quality, data-driven reporting that supports informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
