HSEQ Executive

Responsibilities: Manage the flow and organization of safety management documentation across the company. Conduct document quality checks per company's procedures in an ISO-certified environment and identify compliance issues. Ensure timely completion of reports and correspondence by functional departments. Monitor HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) programs and prepare status reports and tender documents. Participate in incident investigations, ensuring reports with root cause analysis and lessons learned are uploaded to the company database. Assist in the development and distribution of internal and external Health and Safety Alerts and Incident Management information. Contribute to the ongoing development of a positive safety culture within the organization. Engage in internal audits for both office and vessel operations to ensure compliance with company policies.
