What will you be doing
Subsea7 specializes in delivering offshore projects and services for the energy sector. We make offshore energy transition possible through the continuous evolution of lower carbon oil and gas and by enabling the growth of renewables and emerging energy. The HSEQ Coach builds HSSEQ capability and performance across Offshore Delivery by working directly with frontline teams, supervisors, and leaders to embed safe, compliant, and predictable practices. Providing flexible, mobile support across vessels, worksites, and onshore environments, the HSEQ coach spends most of their time engaging with those doing the work. A key focus is Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) prevention, raising awareness of high-risk hazards, reinforcing disciplined use of Critical Contro...
