HSE Specialist

The Assistant Trainer – HSE Training role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai.

The Assistant Trainer will support senior HSE trainers in planning, organizing, and delivering health, safety, and environment training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations. Daily tasks include preparing training materials and equipment, assisting with classroom and practical session setup, coordinating participant registration and attendance, and facilitating interactive activities and assessments. The role also involves collecting feedback from learners, maintaining training records, and supporting updates to course content inline with current HSE standards and regulations. The Assistant Trainer will collaborate with the training team and administrative staff to ensure high‑quality, compliant and consistent delivery of HSE programs.
