Job Description

HSE Public Health South West services require an RGN for Citywest and Crumlin
The nurses will work as part of a team of PHNs and other RGNs in the health centres within this area
Involved in various duties and all training will be provided. 
The role includes wound management, client needs based assessment, care planning and implementation of supports to ensure the clients can live in the community.
It is an extremely interesting and varied role.
