Responsibilities Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations. Ensure all policies are communicated effectively to all employees and contractors. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the mining operation. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to prevent accidents and injuries.
