Lead HSE delivery on one of New Zealand's largest solar farm projects.
Full-time, fixed-term | 50 hours per week | 5–8 month project contract
New Energy are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our team at the Ruakākā Solar Farm.
With construction already well underway, this role provides an opportunity to step into a significant renewable energy project and lead the onsite delivery of Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will be the senior HSE representative on the project, providing leadership and guidance to a team of HSE Leads while partnering closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and Construction Teams to ensure work is completed safely, responsibly and in compliance with project requirements.
This is a hands‑on, site‑based leadership position focused on supporting project delivery through strong HSE leadership, practical risk management and continuous improvement.
