Job Description
Job Duties
- Discharge his duties as the CR8(5) on the Wind Farm (when necessary);
- Ensure legal compliance with OHS Act, ISO health and safety standards, customer requirements, as well as any other applicable legislation at all times
- Conduct all internal training on employees. (Induction, Correct use of PPE,etc; Assist in compiling risk assessments. (Baseline, Issue and continuous); Ensure that daily risk assessments are completed correctly, assessed and distributed. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop control measures to mitigate risks. Monitor and review risk assessments regularly to ensure their effectiveness.
- Manage Safety Representatives and chair monthly safety meetings with safety reps and contractors, prepare minutes of meetings; Manage safety performance of subcontractors. Ensure no sub-contractor is permitted to work on site without being in possession of a safety file. <...
