- Develop and implement periodic safety plans.
- Organize safety meetings and conduct safety patrols/inspections.
- Address and resolve safety- and 5S-related issues.
- Conduct safety training, issue safety alerts, perform risk assessments, and supervise contractors.
- Coordinate and respond to Fire Prevention and Fighting (PCCC) inspections and audits.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors/managers.
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Age: under 40 years old
- Gender: Any
- Language: English or Japanese - Business Level
- At least 1 year of experience as an HSE Leader in a manufacturing company
