This role will support the execution of operational HSE expertise across all site activities by:
Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Performing daily HSE visits and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensuring the strict application of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Risk Management: Leading hazard identification and risk assessments, while facilitating incident investigations (RCA) and ensuring the effective implementation of corrective action plans.
Culture & Coaching: Promoting and coaching the workforce in Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) and fostering a safe culture ...
