HSE Assistant Officer – Construction Site Safety (Dubai)

Royal International Construction in Dubai seeks an HSE Assistant Officer to support health, safety and environmental compliance on site. You will assist in monitoring activities, enforcing policies, conducting inspections, and maintaining safety records to prevent hazards.

The role requires at least 2 years in HSE within construction, a Diploma or college degree is advantageous, and IOSH certification is mandatory with NEBOSH certificate a plus.
