HSE Advisor — Practical Safety Leader in Green Spaces

Green by Nature is seeking an HSE Advisor to work with operational leaders across the Thames-Coromandel and wider region, providing practical, hands-on HSE guidance. You’ll embed strong safety practices and support incident investigations to continuously improve how we care for our people.

You’ll lead ICAM investigations, assist with risk assessments, site audits and toolbox talks, and drive safety alerts while supporting compliance in a people-focused way.
