HRMS Architect for IT & Digital Transformation

VAM Systems is seeking an HRMS Consultant to support operations in the UAE. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years of consulting experience in HRIS/HRMS, preferably within a high-growth IT or SaaS environment.

The candidate will lead implementation cycles, automate HR processes, and maintain data integrity. Proficiency in HRMS applications and strong technical capabilities in data analysis and reporting are essential. This position is full-time and does not allow for remote work.
