HRIS & Reporting Intern

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in updating and maintaining the HRIS system.
2. Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of employee records.
3. Support HRIS reporting and help generate basic reports as needed.
4. Provide first-level support for system-related inquiries from employees.
5. Help with system testing and implementation of updates or new features.
6. Assist in documenting processes and creating simple user guides.
