:As an HRIS Trainee, you will contribute to the daily operations and enhancement of Ferrovial’s Workday ecosystem. This role is focused on learning, development, and hands-on experience, with exposure to system configuration, integrations, and HR processes in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations of Workday (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
Assist with data entry, updates, audits, and reporting
Partner with senior team members to support system configurations and enhancements
Gain exposure to and assist with Workday integrations, including Core Connectors
Help troubleshoot basic system issues and respond to user inquiries
Support testing activities (UAT, regression testing) for system updates and releases
