HRIS Implementation Specialist — Oracle Cloud HCM (12mo, Wellington)

Transpower is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with HRIS implementation expertise for a 12-month fixed-term based in Wellington's CBD. You’ll ensure Oracle HCM is configured and tested to meet business needs, policy, and legislation, supporting the employee lifecycle.

Work across People, Payroll, Data and IT with cross‑functional teams, lead testing, user acceptance and go‑live readiness for July 2027 and early post‑implementation. Eligibility to work in New Zealand is required.
