Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational priorities and develop HR strategies to meet organisational goals in line with focus projects.Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organisational design.Serve as a ‘’consultant’’ on employee relations, performance management, and change management processes.Project Management:
Develop and deliver on detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery on time and in budget where applicable.Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving project challenges.Review and analyse project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives.Utilise data and insights to assess project outcomes and refine approaches.Talent and Workforce Development:
