Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the HRBP, P&C is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the People and Culture department including administration of the policies, procedures, and programs of the organization. These responsibilities also include day to day management of labour relations issues and the Collective Agreement established between the Agency and CUPE Local 2497.
