WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Employee and Manager Support: Provide guidance and support on employee-related matters and HR policies.
    Facilitate the resolution of people issues and support day-to-day HR needs.
    Ensure excellent HR service delivery to internal stakeholders.
    Conduct employee coaching and counseling when required.

  • HR Process Implementation: Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and processes within the assigned functions.
    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR processes and recommend improvements when necessary.
    Ensure compliance with company policies and established HR procedures.

  • Workforce Planning & Labor Supply: Support workforce fulfillment based on operational and business requirements.
    Coordinate recruitment and manpower sourcing activities to ensure adequate labor availability.
