Job Description

Role Purpose:
To act as a strategic HR partner for Corporate office and south sales, driving people initiatives aligned with business objectives. The HRBP will collaborate with leadership teams to enhance workforce engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnering
Work closely with corporate functions and south sales regional leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into HR strategies.
Provide insights on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning for critical roles.
2. Employee Engagement, Culture and Talent Management
Design and implement engagement programs tailored for corporate and regional teams.
Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Identify high-potential employees and support career development plans.
