Purpose of the Job
The HRBP & Employee Relations (ER) Manager is a strategic and operational role responsible for partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives while managing employee relations initiatives that foster a positive, complaint, and productive work environment. The role balances HR Business Partnering (50%) and Employee Relations Management (50%), reporting to the Employee Relations LeadTypical Accountabilities
