JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Work closely with the hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the requirement to ensure the role is filled timely with quality hires. Manage a solid pipeline of candidates via use of job boards, social networking, employee referral campaigns, and partnership with government agencies and universities. Help build a sound employer brand by ensuring a good candidate experience.
