About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced HR Workforce & Compliance Manager to lead our organisation’s compliance agenda and play a key role in supporting our continued growth.

This is a senior, high-impact position with responsibility for ensuring full compliance with UK employment legislation, overseeing immigration and workforce governance, and acting as the organisation’s Home Office Authorising Officer .

You’ll also play a pivotal role in post-M&A integration , ensuring newly acquired businesses align with our compliance frameworks and employment practices.
