Build the hiring system for MakePay's next stage.

This role owns talent acquisition, candidate experience, onboarding, HR operations, and relocation support for MakePay's Dubai-led hiring plan. You will help the company hire experienced people without making the process feel slow, vague, or improvised.

• Improve hiring quality, speed, candidate experience, and interviewer alignment across priority roles.
• Create HR and onboarding processes that help new teammates become productive quickly.
• Support visa, relocation, offer, documentation, and people operations needs as MakePay scales.

• Manage role intake, sourcing, recruiter coordination, screening, interview process, offer support, and candidate communication.
• Build onboarding workflows, HR documentation, employee records, relocation coordination, ...
