Location: Orchard

• Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for healthcare and related roles
• Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment and selection process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to support long-term talent partnerships
• Manage recruitment administration, including offer coordination, onboarding, and candidate tracking
• Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen the client portfolio
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills
