HR Systems Solution Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Systems Solution Architect to lead HR Time and Attendance initiatives using the UKG Workforce Management application. You will bring strong consulting and communication skills, a broad technical background, and a proven track record in implementing end-to-end analytics solutions. Familiarity with HR processes and experience with financial aspects in IT projects are a plus. Responsibilities include leading UKG WFM implementations for specific country demands, managing the global platform with your team and business partners, and collaborating with the UKG WFM service owner, internal teams, and external vendors for application management and new implementations.
