HR Systems and Reporting Analyst – Part‑time, Auckland Customhouse

Salary: $96,000 – $110,000 (dependent on skills and experience). Hours: 20 per week. 3 extra Customs service leave days.

Overview

The HR Systems and Reporting Analyst reports to the Team Leader HRIS Payroll and Reporting. The role involves completing all aspects of HR‑related reporting and analysis for internal & external customers and supporting key HR systems and payroll functions.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyse HR reports for internal & external stakeholders.
• Manage and support key HR systems.
• Assist payroll functions with reporting and data needs.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement changes.

Qualifications

• Background in HRIS, payroll and data analytics, ideally in central government or a relevant business environment.
