Job Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled HR data analyst to join our team as HR Systems and Reporting Analyst. This is a part‑time role, working 20 hours per week, based in our Auckland Customhouse. Salary: $96,000 – $110,000 (dependent on skills and experience). Benefits include 3 extra Customs' service leave days and 4 weeks of annual leave.

About This Role

The HR Systems and Reporting Analyst reports to the Team Leader HRIS Payroll and Reporting and takes responsibility for completing all aspects of HR related reporting and analysis for both internal and external customers. The role also contributes to management of key HR systems and provides support to the payroll function.
