Job Description

HR Systems Administrator– Success Factors

The Ministry acts in the world to build a safer, more prosperous and more sustainable future for New Zealanders. The role is part of a dynamic cross‑functional team and provides advanced level support and system management of key HR systems.

Duration & Location

Fixed Term/Secondment: August2026– April2027. Wellington based.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, test, roll‑out and support configuration changes for RCM, ONB, PMGM modules.
  • Provide demonstrations to functional teams and monitor systems and integrations.
  • Lead bug fixes, change deployment and refresh test environments to remain production‑like.
  • Inform stakeholders appropriately about issues, new releases, or upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Experience as SAP Success Factors System Administrator or Systems Analyst.
  • Strong HR technical systems support with business‑customer focus.
