- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)

- Administer and score psychological and technical assessment tools
- Ensure accurate and objective evaluation of candidates
- Maintain assessment records and improve testing methods
- Support employee development and improvement programs
- Assist in identifying training needs and monitoring progress
- Contribute to building a continuous improvement culture
- Operate and maintain HRIS
- Manage employee data and generate HR reports
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data processing and analysis
