:Handle daily HR administrative tasks and employee documentation.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
Prepare reports and HR data using Microsoft Excel.
Support recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and leave administration.
Coordinate with employees and internal departments professionally.
Assist with HR reporting and data analysis when required
Job Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR Administration or related roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data processing.
Good communication skills and responsive attitude.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Experience as an HR Data Analyst or related role is an advantage.
