HR SSC Specialist

Main Objectives

• Solid understanding of HR operations in a shared service center.
• Ensure an effective back‑end operation is run with seamless collaboration with inter‑departments and external bodies.
• Collaborate with the regional stakeholders with focus in SAP region (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam) to oversee the HR payroll and administrative tasks.
• Ensure the integrity of HR data.
• SME (Subject Matter Expert) for BIPO and Workday HRMS.

Responsibilities

• Work as Workday & BIPO HCM admin user in SAP region for new joiner, leaving, transfer cases.
• Create and maintain the employee master data in Workday and BIPO HRMS for master data.
• Organise and maintain employee records, ensuring confidential forms/documents are stored safely.
• Work as a super user to manage the leave portal in SAP region.
