About the Role

Seafoods Varieties Corp. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our HR team. The role is responsible for supporting and executing end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding ensuring timely placement of qualified talent across company departments.

Recruitment Execution

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and endorsing candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers to align on manpower requirements, job profiles, and recruitment timelines.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments, ensuring candidate alignment with role and cultural fit.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews, exams, and other recruitment-related assessments.
