- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening candidates.
- Maintain employee records and assist in the onboarding process of new hires.
- Support HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement.
- Conduct data entry and management of HR databases and systems.
- Help in organizing training sessions and employee events.
Requirements
- College level with at least one (1) year of experience
- Fresh graduates of Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management or any related course are welcome to apply
- With good spoken and written communication skills.
- Complete mandatory requirements: SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN & NBI
