Employee Engagement

• Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement events and activities.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure participation and support for engagement initiatives.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance employee morale and company culture.
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess the effectiveness of engagement activities.
• Prepare and manage the budget for engagement events.

Employee Discipline

• Administer and enforce company policies and procedures regarding employee conduct, in the form of NTEs, NDAs, and memorandums.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct.
