Job Description
Looking for an all-around admin officer who can provide key support for handling daily operations, managing schedules, correspondence, preparing documents, maintaining files and databases, managing office operations, and supporting HR functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communication – Answering calls, reaching out to clients, managing emails, setting meetings, preparing memos
- Document Management – Preparing, editing, filing reports, presentations, memos, and other key documents
- Government compliance – Preparing and processing government requirements as needed
- Support – Supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, initial screening
Qualifications
- Excellent in organization, communication, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
