• Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and participate in HR projects as needed.
