Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee full HR functions for Thailand and some HR functions for other APAC countries
- Execute payroll operations and personal income tax processing
- Manage performance programs (KPI setting, promotions, salary adjustments, and bonuses)
- Participate in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding and offboarding plans
- Plan and manage employee relations
- Develop and manage welfare and benefits
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
