Summary This position is part of the International Development Finance Corporation,Office of Human Resources Management. As a HR Specialist (Recruitment and Placement) you will be responsible for providing staffing advisory and consultative services to DFC hiring managers. Responsibilities As an HR Specialist (Recruitment and Placement) you will: Develop and maintain effective partnerships with DFC managers and executives to advise on complex staffing and pay issues. Work with DFC hiring managers to develop strategic plans to research, evaluate and identify the best approaches and methods to reach targeted applicant groups and attract quality candidates to fill vacant positions.
