HR Specialist - 1 Yr Experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
• At least 1–2 years experience as an HR
• Strong Background In Compensation & Benefits Preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willing to work night shift, Monday–Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
• Willing to be assigned onsite in Mandaluyong

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Compensation & Benefits administration (payroll coordination, incentives, and salary processes)
• Address employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and HR policies
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in HR reports and employee engagement initiatives
