As an HR Shared Services Specialist SR - LA, you will be the primary contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and Workday transactions. You will resolve HR inquiries, manage cases through Workday Help, and escape specialized requests to the appropriate HR teams when needed. Additionally, you will support employee lifecycle activities, maintain HR records, assist with self‑service transactions, and deliver a high level of customer service while ensuring accurate and efficient HR operations.
