Provide day-to-day support for HR services and systems 
Train HR Services team on new processes and system functionalities and updates
Analyse HR Services processes and routines to identify need for upskilling and opportunities for improvement
Create and update user guidelines, training materials, process documentation and knowledge base articles 
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and vendors
Monitor system and interface performance and ensure data integrity
Run standardized data lists, audits and mass uploads
Participate in HR projects including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations
Support audits and other activities ensuring HR Services practices comply with data protection regulations and other statutory requirements
Act as a liaison between HR Services and IT departments
