Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR & Resourcing Advisor to join a successful and growing organisation supporting multiple sites across the UK.
This is a key role combining recruitment, talent attraction and HR advisory responsibilities, working closely with managers and senior stakeholders to support the full employee lifecycle. You'll play an important part in attracting the best talent, improving recruitment processes and providing practical HR guidance across the business.
As HR & Resourcing Advisor you will enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, from supporting hiring managers and managing recruitment campaigns to attending site visits and representing the business at careers events.
