Our client is seeking an experienced HR Reporting Specialist to support the design, development, automation, and delivery of HR reporting and analytics solutions. The successful candidate will leverage SAP HR systems, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques to provide accurate employee data insights, automate reporting processes, and support strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain HR reports and analytics solutions using SAP HR systems.
• Extract, validate, analyze, and distribute employee data and reporting results to stakeholders.
• Create custom reports by leveraging SAP data structures, tables, and reporting tools.
