The HR & Recruitment Specialist owns high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across the full DEAL Holdings group - spanning The Food & Beverage Group and all other brands and business units under the holding company. The role suits someone who has delivered volume hiring at pace - ideally from a recruitment agency background - and who understands the demands and rhythm of the hospitality industry, including its extended and unsocial hours.
