Job Summary
An organised HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration while ensuring compliant and efficient people operations.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling and participation
- Support onboarding by preparing employment contracts, conducting orientations, and completing documentation accurately
- Maintain and update employee records with strict adherence to data accuracy and confidentiality requirements
- Provide HR administrative support, including filing, report preparation, and HR correspondence handling
- Assist in HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance management processes
- Ensure full compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
- Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
