We are currently looking for a : 

Recruitment Analyst (M/F/D) - Bilingual English-French

Your mission :

• ​Support recruitment and selections procedures (vacancy notice posting, LinkedIn sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, offer preparation etc.);
• Provide recruitment related logistical support and being the SPOC to candidates and hiring managers on those matters;
• Support the recruiter in the management of Reserve lists;
• Liaising with the Budget and Finance Unit regarding the travel expenses of candidates;
• Prepare internal recruitment related reports;
• Provide dedicated end to end support to the Recruiter on the traineeship programme (incl. onboarding related activities).
